What happens next

A simple admissions process.

Submit your profile

Tell us the language, branch, intake and upload your ID/passport and photo. This is an application — not yet a confirmed registration.

Pay the registration fee

Pay KES 1,000 via M-Pesa/bank and submit the transaction reference right after applying.

Payment is verified

Our finance team verifies your reference. Registration is confirmed only once this is done.

Prepare for class

Once registration is confirmed, Admissions arranges your trainer and timetable.

What exactly am I paying, and to whom?

You are paying Kenya School of Languages’ standard KES 1,000 registration fee — this confirms your place and starts placement/timetable arrangements. Tuition is separate and confirmed once your level and mode are set. After you submit your transaction reference, our finance team verifies it before your class is confirmed. If anything is unclear or a payment does not reflect, contact Admissions on WhatsApp or phone — do not resend payment without confirming with us first.
