Refund eligibility can depend on the type of course or service, the stage at which a cancellation occurs, costs already incurred, and the written terms supplied with an invoice, quotation or enrolment confirmation.
Before payment
Ask Admissions or the relevant service team to explain the payment and refund conditions that apply to your course or service.
If you need to cancel
Contact Kenya School of Languages promptly in writing and provide the payment reference and reason for the request. The branch will review the applicable terms and communicate the outcome.
